PTSA Upcoming Events:
Coal Creek Canyon Community Expo
Saturday, October 17th
3 – 6 pm CCCIA Building
We will be at the CCC Community Expo. Come and meet with us and meet with other Canyon organizations. There will be great door prizes and tasty food! Families welcome!
Save the Date: Trick or Treat Street
Friday, October 30th
Grab your friends and wear your costumes for an evening of Halloween and Fall Season fun! This is a major fundraiser for CCCK-8 PTSA and helps fund the learning environment enhancements we want to bring to the school.
Family Martial Arts – Coal Creek Canyon
Tuesdays AND Wednesdays 6:30pm-7:30pm at CCCIA Hall
Martial arts training for the whole family. All ages welcome!
Focus on safety, skills, and fun.
Class is a combination of kick-boxing, Kali (Filipino weapons), and self-defense Jiu Jitsu.
Pricing: $25/month for individual, $65/month families of 3 or more

PTSA Help Wanted:

Meanwhile, we are in urgent need for the following position due to external deadlines. If you are interested in this position, please contact us immediately.
Rick & Teresa Overmyer are coordinating the Booville trick or treating area for kids as part of Trick or Treat Street from 7 to 8 on Friday, Oct 30. They have a variety of painted cardboard houses/booths for someone to sit in costume behind and hand out candy as the little kids come through.
You can also help from set up (between 4:30 – 6:30… but it won’t take that long) or tear down (8 – 8:45 pm)

If you haven’t become a member of the CCCK-8 PTSA, please do so soon. Your membership and participation helps us enhance our students’ experience and the learning environment at our school. Participating in the PTSA is also a great way to stay connected to what is happening in our school community. We count on your support.
